Thanks for visiting the site. I build all these lights to order, so it usually takes about 7-10 business days from the time I receive payment until you have the lights in hand.

I also offer shipping insurance through USPS. All packages are sent via USPS w/ delivery conformation numbers. I recommend shipping insurance, it will allow your product to be replaced should it be damaged in shipping. I can not be responsible for the product once it leaves my hands, and the insurance is inexpensive.

As stated, I build these lights to order, they are not stocked product. Each one is made by hand, then tested immediately prior to placing the product in the shipping material. This gives me the confidence that the product was 100% functional and I do not need to worry about customers receiving a defective product. Due to the nature of electronics, it is possible for improper installation to damage a product. As far as the L.E.D's are concerned, if they ever go out, you can return them for a free replacement. However, the RTB is a labor intensive piece. For repair/replacement units, a charge of $40.00 is required. Each unit is tested, and will be received functional, and if the directions on the website are followed, will perform flawlessly. Should a product need repair, just let me know and we can get it done.
