Thanks for visiting the site. I build all these lights to order, so it usually takes about 7-14 business days from the time I receive payment until you have the lights in hand. For Canadian or overseas orders the time usually takes a week longer due to customs.

USPS insurance was formally optional. As a result of a few mishaps with USPS, and their miserable customer service, I have decided to make insurance mandatory. Nothing extra is required on your part, all packages will be sent 1st class with delivery conformation and insurance for the total value of your purchase. This is automatically calculated in the shopping cart and will be included in the total purchase price. This will guarantee that your purchase is protected by the USPS.

As stated, I build these lights to order, they are not stocked product. Each one is made by hand, then tested immediately prior to placing the product in the shipping material. This gives me the confidence that the product was 100% functional and I do not need to worry about customers receiving a defective product. Due to the nature of electronics, it is possible for improper installation to damage a product. As far as the L.E.D's are concerned, if they ever go out, you can return them for a free replacement. However, the RTB is a labor intensive piece. For repair/replacement units, a charge of $40.00 is required. Each unit is tested, and will be received functional, and if the directions on the website are followed, will perform flawlessly. Should a product need repair, just let me know and we can get it done.
